There is truly something about the Clos Electrique terroir that chardonnay loves! While Abbey Ridge Chardonnay is a rendition of Chablis, Clos Blanc is reminiscent of the great wines of Meursault.

Our 2019 Clos Electrique blanc retains the classic perfumes of honeysuckle, creme Anglaise, lemon curd, marzipan and orange blossom that you have learned to love and expect from this wine.  The palate mirrors the nose along with unctuous mouth feel resulting from 2 years contact with the yeast lees prior to bottling.  This year’s wine is higher toned than usual, with a racy acidity that should carry it through long aging if you have enough patience to put it in your cellar and not just drink it now!
