The first blush in the nose is coffee, followed by aromas of dark cherry, tobacco and plum.  This melds into a velvety mouth filling mixture of nutmeg, bright cherry, strawberry, rhubarb and light smoke.  The lingering finish is soft and lightly acidic.  Produced exclusively from two exceptional vineyards in the Dundee Hills AVA, Clos Electrique and Abbey Ridge, this is an amazing wine at an amazing value.
