Our Abbey Ridge Chardonnay wine emanates from vines that have been growing for over 40 years in one of the highest-elevation vineyards in the Dundee Hills.  As a result, this wine is always lean with perfect mouthwatering acidity.  It is quite reminiscent of wines from Chablis.   Aromas of lemon grass, lime leaf and tarte tatin fill the nose. Its palate offers mineral nuances.
