This year’s rendition of Ramato (which takes its name from the Italian word for copper: Rame) is the best yet.  Our lovely copper-colored libation is a blend of complex aromas of peaches & cream, strawberries, lemon, fennel, pineapple and mint.  It has a big, round, soft, Marilyn Monroe mouth filled with juicy nectarines and pleasant acidity.  Its lingering finish is due to the soft ripe tannins extracted from the skins.
