This stainless steel fermented white wine, inspired by the field blends of northeastern Italy, expresses grapefruit rind from Friulano grapes, stone fruit from Pinot bianco, peach juice from moscato, mint from auxerrois and spicy elements from Pinot grigio.  It has a  luscious, dry, beautiful palate with tangerines, ginger and mandarin orange, exhibiting weight but crispness at the same time.  Oyster eaters, this is your wine!
