Ramato takes its name from the Italian word for copper:  Rame.  Our beautiful copper colored Pinot grigio is made in the tradition of north-eastern Italy. This lovely libation is a blend of complex aromas of dried apricot, honeycomb, fresh dill and wild fennel and a stunning mouth feel and lingering finish due to the soft ripe tannins extracted from the skins.
