Its effusive aromas of juniper berries and cranberries mingle with bronze-leaved fennel and straw. Its minerality, with hints of freshly grated chalk dust is accompanied by high notes of briar berries and rose petals. The palate is resplendent with flavors of elegant red cherry fruit, and Yunnan tea. Soft tannins, bright acid and a nice long finish typify Abbey Ridge.
