Cameron Winery -- sustainably farmed, non-irrigated, Oregon pinot noir and chardonnay

The Clos Electrique blanc is John’s favorite wine from 2011.  It smells like a ripe quince, it really does.  And then there is buttery brioche, celery root, lemon zest and a hint of caramel.  Now for the best part, mmmm, a rich, round palate that overlays tart notes (fishnets and high heels).  Wait, we need to open another bottle right now, sorry Seattle, that is one less bottle for you.  Go Timbers.
