2011 Abbey Ridge Chardonnay

This chardonnay is resplendent with fresh citrus notes of verbena, lemongrass and lemon custard, all of  this underlaid by hints of sage, lavender, crushed seashells and straw.  Its acidity, lean structure and mineral richness is evocative of fine Puligny-Montrachet.  A perfect accompaniment to salmon, really, we tried it!
