Cameron Winery -- sustainably farmed, non-irrigated, Oregon pinot noir and chardonnay

Cameron’s attempt at producing Chardonnay in the tradition of Cotes de Beaune white wines. Five different clones of Chardonnay are fermented in older barrique utilizing the ambient yeasts on the fruit. The finished wine is then left on the lies undisturbed for nearly two years before it is carefully racked and bottled without filtration. If you like the wines of Chassagne or Puligny you should give this wine your attention.
