An Evening with Gabriel Rucker, John Paul and the Cameron Wine Library
On the evening of June 10th , twenty very lucky individuals will have the unique experience of enjoying the magnificent cooking of Le Pigeon’s Gabriel Rucker paired with selections from Cameron’s wine library at our vineyard home.

About the event
Le Pigeon, which has long been one of Portland’s iconic restaurants, was started 20 years ago by Gabriel. Soon after, Andy Fortgang, from New York’s Gramercy Tavern, joined the team as wine director and a whole list of awards followed. From the James Beard Foundation to the Oregonian, food writers love these guys, and with good reason.
When I originally asked Gabe if he would be interested in doing a small dinner at Cameron with old wines from our wine library he said “Yes, but first you need to select wines that really excite you and that you would like to revisit, and then I will construct a meal around those!” And that is exactly what we have done. This is going to be spectacular!
The wines that I have picked are either from vintages that I thought were stellar or are wines that I think are my finest attempts…
