Since 2020, when our world was rocked with Covid-19, we decided to rock the winery with something other than grapes.  We produce two different ciders, White Oak and Baird.  Both are made entirely from multiple old clones of European cider apples.  Our ciders are barrel aged then finished by méthode champenoise in the bottle.
