Abbey Ridge Pinot comes from the South Block, whose own-rooted Wadenswil and Pommard vines were planted starting in 1975.  We couldn’t describe the 2023 vintage any better than our friends at Avalon Wine: “Steeped in the vineyard’s lavender, rose, and rosemary-tinged terroir is a heavenly swirling of wild raspberry,—first silken, then building gently with flavorful tannins, all with a sensual base note.”
