Piel de Sapo is our first still cider, showcasing a single apple variety. These warty, russeted apples are aptly named (in Spanish, toad skin) and packed with phenomenal acid and aromas of lemon zest, rose hip, and apple blossom. On the palate, crisp acidity and the mineral texture of apple tannins are the perfect accompaniment to oysters!
