Cameron Winery -- sustainably farmed, non-irrigated, Oregon pinot noir and chardonnay

Our Abbey Ridge Chardonnay wine emanates from vines that have been growing for over 45 years in one of the highest-elevation vineyards in the Dundee Hills.  As a result, this wine is always lean with perfect mouthwatering acidity.  It is quite reminiscent of wines from Chablis.  Aromas of lemon grass, lime leaf and tarte tatin fill the nose and its palate offers mineral nuances.  Its rich vibrancy is due in part to its 2 year aging with the yeast sediment on the bottom of French oak barrels.
