2011 Dundee Hills Chardonnay

With aromas of kaffir lime leaf, marzipan, papaya, almond milk and lemon verbena, the 2011 Dundee Hills chardonnay could be added to your green curry, except that would be weird (plus you would lose the buzz).   The mouth is a classic equilateral triangle: bright acid, toasty full flavor and rich mouth feel.  This descriptor makes sense if you drink enough of it.
