Aromas of bing cherry, sandalwood, citrus rind, maple sugar, coriander, leather and black tea meld into an elegant mouth filling mixture of warm Indian spices, cider and  cherry.  The finish is toasty, soft and mildly acidic.  Produced exclusively from two exceptional vineyards in the Dundee hills, Clos Electrique and Abbey Ridge.
